Log into our Digital Banking Platform and navigate to Settings by hovering over your name in the top-right corner. Click the Contact tab, and ensure the number listed under Mobile is correct. Your mobile number needs to be set up to receive SMS text messages. The box "I would like to receive SMS text messages to this number" should be checked. Underneath this, you should see "Status: Confirmed." If this is not the case, please follow the instructions on how to set that up here.
Click the Pencil icon to the right of your cell phone number. Check the box next to Enable Text Banking, and then click Save Changes. Finally, text "HELP" to 51842 to see a list of possible commands.
