Inspirus: Internal Transfers

The following are common questions from our members and the answers that normally fulfill the associated need. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact us directly via phone at 206-628-4010, toll free at 888-628-4010 or via secured message within your digital banking account.

By using the digital banking platform, you can transfer funds to another Inspirus Credit Union member using the TRANSFERS widget. 

  1. Log into DIGITAL BANKING and from the Dashboard, select the TRANSFERS widget found along the left side.
  2. Select the Classic option from the menu in the gray box area
  3. The next screen you will display the classic fields used to execute a transfer. 
  4. Right under the "To Account" field, click the option "Transfer to another Inspirus Credit Union member"
  5. Complete the information in this window, this will link the "To" transfer information to the other Inspirus members account.  When finished with the data entry, click the Save button.
  6. The previous window will close and now you can enter in the amount and other details for the transfer transaction. 
  7. The last step is to press the CONFIRM TRANSFER  button at the bottom of the form.

The most efficient method for this type of transfer is via your digital banking account. Digital banking is great when you need to transfer funds from a checking or savings account to a loan account.

  1. Log into DIGITAL BANKING and from the Dashboard, select the TRANSFERS widget found along the left side.
  2. You can use any of the option available here but the most simple version is the Quick Transfer.
    1. Choose a FROM account
    2. Choose an AMOUNT
    3. Choose a TO account
  3. Click SUBMIT TRANSFER to complete the transaction.

Additionally, you can call Member Services 206-628-4010 and ask to have funds moved from your checking or savings to the loan. For more information, check out the FAQ section under Loans.
