Once you activate the EMV card, the old card will automatically deactivate. Please destroy the old card.

If you notice fraudulent charges on your card, contact the credit union immediately at:

Your credit union remains vigilant in our fight against identity theft, and we've added another layer of security for your protection.

If our fraud monitoring center detects an unusual pattern of use for either your credit union ATM card or Visa debit card, you'll receive an automated call to verify the authenticity of the transaction. When you pick up the phone, you'll hear a greeting, be given options to confirm your identity, and be asked to verify the transaction. If you believe there has been fraudulent activity on your card, you'll be connected to an operator who will assist you.

The fraud monitoring center runs around the clock, seven days a week, to ensure that fraud occurring in other countries or time zones is caught immediately. However, warranted calls will only occur between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the time zone of your statement address.

These new automated calls are similar to the operator-assisted protection we provide for our Visa credit cards.

If you discover suspicious or fraudulent charges on your Visa Credit Card account, please call 1-866-820-4927 immediately to report the activity.

Our credit card processor, PSCU, will guide you through the dispute process and will work quickly to reimburse your account for any fraudulent charges that occurred.

In accordance with the account agreement, any unauthorized activity must be reported within 60 days of the date of the statement on which the fraudulent charge appears.

There are a number of reasons you may need to dispute a debit card transaction that you previously authorized. For example: if a merchant overcharged you, you continue to get billed for a service you cancelled, or you didn't receive a shipment you paid for, you have the right to dispute those transactions.

In all cases, Visa requires that you first attempt to resolve the matter directly with the merchant. If your efforts are unsuccessful, we'll do our best to help obtain a refund for the disputed transaction.

Please complete the Visa Debit Cardholder Dispute form and provided it to the credit union to begin the dispute process.
