Yes, effective January 5, 2015 Shared Branching is available to members. Shared Branching allows members of our credit union to utilize the teller services of other participating credit union. We are currently listed as "Inspirus CU".
We are also part of the Co-op ATM Network which allows you to access your account at many other credit union ATMs free of charge as well as the terminals located in many 7-11 stores. To find a terminal near you, please use the ATM Locator available on our website.
In addition to the vast Co-op ATM Network, we also offer a great Mobile Deposit service which is available through our Mobile Banking applications. With an iPhone® or Android™ smartphone, this service allows you to take a picture of a check you have for deposit and post it directly to your account.
And we still have free bank-by-mail services, offering postage paid envelopes to our members for mailing in deposits or payments. To have a batch sent to you, just give us a call at 1-888-628-4010 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shared Branching is a national network of credit unions from all over the country that share facilities to give members thousands of convenient locations to perform transactions just as if they were at their home credit union.
Yes, you can call the Co-Op 24 hours call center at 1-866-692-8669. Both Credit Unions need to be a Share Branch participant and you need to be an owner on the accounts at both Credit Unions.
You can perform many of your financial transactions and obtain services at branch locations or other credit unions belonging to the network.

Yes! No matter where you may be on the road, your Credit Union is now as close as the nearest CO-OP Shared Branching Outlet. With so many convenient locations, you will be able to access your Inspirus Credit Union account even if you travel or relocate hundreds of miles from the Credit Union.
The funds that you deposit at CO-OP Shared Branching Outlet may not be available for immediate withdrawal from your Credit Union account. HOLDS are placed by your own credit union on items you deposit through CO-OP Shared Branching Outlet by your credit union’s Hold Policies. REMEMBER – THE LOCATION DOES NOT PLACE THE HOLDS ON YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR CREDIT UNION DOES. A CO-OP Shared Branching Location CANNOT REMOVE A HOLD PLACED ON YOUR ACCOUNT. YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR CREDIT UNION.
A CO-OP Shared Branching Outlet CANNOT accept a stop payment request on your checking account. YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR OWN CREDIT UNION. If you need to place a stop payment on a check you obtained from the CO-OP Shared Branching Outlet such as a cashier’s check, money order or official check, you must contact the CO-OP Shared Branching Outlet where you obtained the check. There will be a waiting period not to exceed 90 days before funds can be released. You may be required to complete an indemnity agreement. Please refer to the Member Fee Schedule.
A CO-OP Shared Branching location may limit cash withdrawals to $500 per day, regardless of your own Credit Union
Most regular transactions such as deposits and cash withdrawals are performed without charge. Some fees are assessed for specific transactions performed and services obtained, at a CO-OP Shared Branching location. You may refer to the Member Fee Schedule required to be posted at the location you visit.
