If there was a problem with a payment issued from the Bill Pay service, contact us through Message Center or call us at 1-888-628-4010 during normal business hours.
$5.00 for electronic payments and $30.00 for check payments. Once an expedited payment is made, it is processed immediately and cannot be canceled. The fee will be debited from your checking account as a separate transaction.
Right after a payment is submitted, the confirmation number is shown in the green bar at the top of your screen for 30 seconds.
