How do I update my name on my account?

In order to change your name on your accounts, please complete and sign a new Member Services Request and send it to us by mail, fax, or secure email.

Please also include a copy of an identity-verifying document showing your new name. (That might be a copy of your driver's license, marriage certificate, divorce decree, or letter from the Social Security Administration on its letterhead.
