Log into our Digital Banking Platform.
Select the TRANSFERS Widget.
To transfer funds to an external account, select Classic from the menu. Select Add Account, and from the drop down menu, select at another bank.
Please read and select I Agree to the ACH Transfer Policy and press Continue.
Use the drop down menu to select the type of external account you will be transferring from. Enter the routing number for the external account. Enter your account number. Confirm your account number. You may add a Nickname if you like. Press Save.
Select how you want to receive the "validation code." The validation code will be approximately 6 digits and is used to confirm that you authorized the transfer.
Once you have received the validation code, enter the code and press OK. You cannot transfer funds to and from this account until it has been confirmed. The confirmation process has 2 steps and can take up to 3 business days. We will send 2 trial deposit to this account. It may take up to 3 business days for the deposits to appear in your transaction history. When the 2 trial deposits have been posted in your transaction history, Select the DASHBOARD Widget.
The pending external account will appear at the top. Press Confirm. Locate the external account on the list of accounts and press Confirm. Enter the dollar amount of the 2 trial deposits and press Confirm.
