There's no sign-up required. If you receive eStatements, you'll automatically receive eNotices for most messages.
Enrollment in eStatements is required in order to receive eNotices.
Your Notices will be available for up to 105 days.
Your eNotices and tax documents are available in PDF file format. The need for additional software to view them depends on your browser.
If you are using Internet Explorer, you will need the latest version of Adobe Reader in order to view your Statements. This software is available for free from Adobe's website: http://get.adobe.com/reader
If you are using Firefox, Chrome, or Safari, additional software is not required. These browsers have the ability to display eStatements and other PDF on their own.
Your Notice is being displayed with a PDF viewer program. You will need to use the print function of the PDF viewer (rather than your web browser's print function) in order to print the notice. PDF viewers often utilize a hidden, floating menu. If you hover your mouse near either the top or bottom of the document frame, the PDF menu will pop-up. Then just select the appropriate icon to print or save your document. Internet Explorer and Chrome users: If you are unable to locate the PDF menu you can also right-click (ctrl+click on Mac) with your mouse anywhere on the document and select Print from the pop-up menu. Mac and Safari: The PDF menu for Safari does not offer a Print function. To print your document, open the document in Preview by clicking the icon from the floating menu. After the document loads, select File and then Print from the top menu.
No, Notices are provided free for your convenience.
For your privacy and protection, the e-mail will contain no personal financial information. It will simply instruct you to log into Digital Banking in order to retrieve the Notice.
The credit union uses eNotices to deliver messages about check holds, past-due payments, and IRA distributions to name a few. Not all notices currently are available through eNotices, and you still may receive an occasional paper notice in the mail.
Within two business days of the notice date, you'll receive an e-mail (sent to the same e-mail address as your eStatement notifications) to let you know you have a new Notice ready to view on our secure Digital Banking platform.
Notices are electronic messages and documents provide to members to share important information about account overdrafts, past-due payments, IRA distributions, and more. They're available only to eStatements users and replace the paper notices, sent via U.S. Mail, that you may be familiar with. (Even for eStatements users, select notices still will come via U.S. Mail.)
If you are enrolled in eStatements and Notices, your eNotices can be located within Digital Banking: Log into your account. Select the STATEMENTS/DOCUMENTS widget. Select Notices. A list of eNotices and Tax Forms will be listed. If you don't find the document, it may have been archived. To view it, check the box to the left of Show Archived Documents.
